Most consultations happen by phone or video — but some clients prefer to meet in person. Here's where to find us, what to expect, and how to make the visit easy.
Visit
Plan for 45–60 minutes
Initial consultations are unhurried. We want enough time to actually understand what happened, walk you through the law, and answer your questions.
Bring what you have
Crash reports, photos, medical records, insurance correspondence, and the names and contact information of any witnesses. Don't worry if anything is missing — we can collect it.
You meet with an attorney
Not an intake specialist. Not a paralegal. The lawyer who will work on your case is the one who sits down with you.
No pressure to sign
If we're a fit, we'll explain the next steps. If we aren't, we'll say so and tell you what we'd do in your shoes.
Most consultations happen by phone or video. We routinely meet with clients in the hospital, at home, or wherever recovery is happening. For clients outside the Phoenix metro, video and phone are usually the most efficient way to start.
Parking
Visitor parking details and directions will be provided when you confirm your appointment.
Accessibility
Our office is accessible to clients with mobility needs. Let us know in advance and we will ensure everything you need is in place.
Language access
Spanish-speaking consultations are available. If another language is needed, tell us in advance and we will arrange interpretation.
