When you call, you speak with a lawyer. When your file is being investigated, a lawyer is doing the substantive work. When the offer comes back from the insurer, a lawyer is the one telling you whether it's fair.
We prepare every case for trial

Insurers settle fairly when they believe you're ready to take the case to a jury. So we work every file as if we're going to. Most cases still resolve before trial — they just resolve on better terms.
Plain-English communication

If a concept matters to your case — comparative negligence, the 180-day Notice of Claim rule, MedPay coordination — you'll understand it before we use it.
No surprise costs

Pure contingency fee. Costs are disclosed up front and itemized at resolution. The amount on your settlement check is the amount you take home.

We are based in the Phoenix metro and represent clients across Arizona. Most of our case load comes from Maricopa County, but we regularly handle matters in Pima, Coconino, Pinal, Yavapai, and the other counties as well.
